The Foundation for a Successful PMC Partnership
You Can’t Insure a House With a Leaking Roof.
The same principle applies to your critical equipment. A Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) is a powerful tool designed to maintain peak operational condition and prevent future failures. It cannot, however, fix pre-existing, deep-seated issues.
For a PMC partnership to be effective and fair, it must begin from a known, reliable baseline.
Our Prerequisite for All New PMCs
To be eligible for a Preventative Maintenance Contract, the equipment must first be fully functional and operating to manufacturer's specifications.
Attempting to "maintain" a system that is already compromised leads to unexpected failures, disputes, and ultimately defeats the purpose of a PMC. Our goal is to eliminate surprises, not react to them.
The Path to Partnership: Our 2-Step Process
STEP 1: The Baseline Overhaul
If your equipment currently has known issues or has deferred maintenance, we begin with a comprehensive evaluation. From there, we perform a complete system overhaul to bring the unit back to manufacturer's specifications. This is a one-time service designed to establish a solid, reliable foundation.
STEP 2: PMC Activation
Once the overhaul is complete and the equipment is certified to be in excellent operational condition, your custom Preventative Maintenance Contract is activated. From this point forward, we are your partners in proactively maintaining that peak state and ensuring maximum uptime.
