Problems We Solve

WERCS technicians are experts at diagnosing and fixing extraction booth issues that cost you time and money.

No Manufacturer Support

Extraction booth manufacturers sell equipment and walk away. ExtractionTek closed completely. WERCS fills the gap with dedicated third-party service for ALL...

Compliance Documentation Gaps

State inspectors, fire marshals, and insurance auditors require documented evidence of equipment maintenance.

Gas Sensor Calibration Drift

LEL sensors drift over time even when not in use. Uncalibrated sensors can fail to detect dangerous vapor concentrations.

Ventilation System Failures

Loss of airflow or negative pressure in a hydrocarbon extraction room creates explosion risk. WERCS tests and maintains ventilation systems to NFPA and OSHA...

Control System Faults

PLC errors, sensor-to-interlock communication failures, and emergency shutdown malfunctions compromise safety. WERCS diagnoses at the component level.

Regulatory Non-Compliance

IFC Chapter 39, NFPA 1 Chapter 38, OSHA 1910.307 - extraction facilities face complex overlapping requirements. One failed inspection can cost your license.

Extraction Booth Service FAQ

Common questions about our services

Extraction booths contain explosion-proof components, gas detection systems, and automated ventilation controls that require specialized maintenance. OSHA requires documented calibration of gas sensors. Fire marshals and state inspectors require evidence of maintenance. Insurance auditors verify compliance annually. Without professional service documentation, you risk fines, license suspension, and catastrophic equipment failure.
WERCS services ALL extraction booth brands including ExtractionTek (ETS), HAL Extraction Technology, Apeks, Precision Extraction, Iron Fist, and custom-built C1D1/C1D2 rooms. Our technicians service the underlying components - explosion-proof fans, gas sensors, PLCs - regardless of who manufactured the booth.
Yes. WERCS provides extraction booth service across all legal extraction states. Service fees are quoted separately from travel and lodging, which are billed at cost. Whether you are in Washington or Massachusetts, professional extraction booth service is one call away.
Annual Compliance Audit: $3k-$5k plus travel. Quarterly Sensor Calibration: $500-$800/visit plus travel. Emergency Service: $250-$350/hr + parts. Annual Service Contract: $6k-$10k/year (includes annual audit, quarterly calibration, and priority emergency response). Travel and lodging are billed separately at cost.
C1D1 extraction booths are built on the SAME platform as paint finishing systems - same explosion-proof components, same airflow engineering, same NFPA compliance framework, same PLC controls. WERCS has been servicing this equipment for years. The only difference is the solvent being captured. We did not enter this market - the market came to us.
