Service fees are quoted separately from travel and lodging. Travel and lodging are billed at cost and paid by the customer. This model makes every deployment profitable regardless of distance - whether Seattle or Miami, professional hazardous location service is one call away.

Annual Compliance Audit: $3,000-$5,000 plus travel. Quarterly Calibration: $500-$800 per visit plus travel. Emergency Service: $250-$350/hr plus parts. Annual Service Contracts: $6,000-$10,000/year including annual audit, quarterly calibration, and priority emergency response. Travel and lodging billed separately at cost.

Every service visit produces a complete compliance documentation package: gas sensor calibration certificates with traceable gas lot numbers, airflow measurement data, equipment inspection reports, maintenance records, photo documentation, and timestamped digital reports. Documentation is designed to survive any OSHA, fire marshal, or insurance audit.
